Very Rude and Dismissive Management - Uncalled For.
Horribly Rude Manager. The women were closing early and we were picking up a ring. As we pulled up, they were leaving the store 5 minutes before closing time. We rolled down the window of the car, and I politely asked if we could still pick up the ring. We had went into town a full hour early in order to pick the ring up. The manager dismissed my question, and then said "if I can talk with her for a minute", and the next thing that was out of her mouth was that yes, she can open the store. There was ZERO reason to talk dismissive to me, as I asked a simple question. VERY unprofessional and VERY disrespectful.
