Save yourself a headache and don’t shop here! After coming to concessus with customer service, The order was redeemed to this store. Shortly after, this location canceled the order as I was leaving to pick it up. Their explanation was that they no longer have the phone, then it changed to “suspicious” and finally it ended with that it was messing up their inventory. Which ever excuse it was, looks like they could not make up their mind. Also, upon arriving, they said, “we can not do the same deal” that customer service setup. This was unfortunate because it took over an hour to setup it up with customer service. This girl was dragging me on, proceeded to up sale me to trade in my phone, accessories and what not. I said no of course. She then begged me 3 times to “make sure the phone is working, before I leave”. I like setting up phones on my own! After finalizing, the order she charged me an extra $20 for a “setup fee” aside from the upgrade fee. Plus, she charged me an extra $10 on my amount financed.She moved my phone from a desk to another desk, then activated it.... That’s not what I wanted. In conclusion, I had to spend more time with customer service to undo all of this that she did and I left with a horrible taste in my mouth.
