Verizon Wireless - Salem, New Hampshire 03079 - The Mall at Rockingham Park

Worst customer service, worst sales experience ever!!! I thought I was at a "real" Verizon store, this is an "authorized dealer" which should not be in business. Be ware!!! They try to get every extra dollar out of you, they must get paid on commission for total sales dollars from unsuspecting customers! They (he) over charged me for advertised cost of phone, WITHOUT asking or mentioning, added monthly insurance on my phone, (I luckily noticed it on my bill. Salesman said "oh it's store policy, we put insurance on all phone...store policy? I believe that is illegal! ) Gave me less value for my trade in (blamed "apple" for having a "glitch" in the "launch" of a new product), tried to get a SECOND downpayment for ordering the phone, citing a refund would be sent to me in 3-5 business days, no refund was ever received, it was never in place... Lies Lies Lies. I highly recommend making sure you are in a real Verizon store, they are out to rip you off!!!! I ended up dealing with Verizon on the phone, who were terrific , and helped in undoing all the wrongs done to me!!!!! I was over charged $120, simply buying a new phone...

I had a very good experience at your facility at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH recently. And it ended up in me making a purchase of a new cell phone (Samsung Galaxy S10e) . The sales attendant (Mandy) was highly professional, patient, quite knowledgeable and most personable. Thus, it was a pleasure for me to do business with your company because of people like Mandy.

I asked the clerk in the store for directions as to where Dicks Sporting Goods was. He said it was all the way down on the left, pointing to the far end of the mall. Ha ha, it was just upstairs, due to construction. The clerk was working at 1PM on Wed July 17. If his boss reads this i am rating the store as low as possible for whatever thrill he got for misleading a stranger. I am a Fios customer, but now even less of a fan of Verizon.
