A Terrible experience!! Samsung tablets cost for a penny for me they lied They will stick you with extra fees and the salesperson did not explain to me about those fees.they just don't know how to solve actual problems. Go to a real Verizon branch instead I learned.took me 3 month to solve the problems i call every week do you know what these means extremely very unhappy customer.
