Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer - Fort Myers, Florida 33913 - Gulf Coast Town Center

Go to the Verizon store here if you feel like wasting time. My husband and I went to the Verizon store at approximately 2pm on a Sunday. There was only one gentleman working in the store. There were two customers in line to be helped before us. Despite working at an apparent efficient pace, it took over an hour for us to even be addressed or spoken to by the only employee working in the store. When he finally started helping us, we told him we wanted to upgrade one of our phones to the iphone 6s 64gb in any color. The phone was released months ago and does not appear to be backordered anywhere. This store did not have ANY color of this phone. So, after waiting for over an hour for the only employee in the store to talk to us, they were not able to help us at all. We were told he could order the phone and we could do the upgrade once the phone comes in (we live 40 minutes from the store and we work so going to the store is a big inconvenience) or we could go to the Coconut Point store (10-15 away) because they would surely have the phone in stock. We were told that Coconut Point would definitely have the phone because they are "corporate". The reason why this store does not carry sufficient stock was not explained to us. It was a complete waste of time.
