Pretty good, never had any problems
The employees here are knowledgeable and courteous in my experience and I've always gotten what I needed. My only complaint is that sometimes there's a long wait to get service if they're busy.

Erik, couldn't be bothered to greet me when I entered the store, nor David (manager?)
Erik was chatting with David and hadn't opened his computer to help. Wanted the pin ... never used myt pin before at Verizon (not TCC, but REAL Verison) at Frank Lloyd Wright.
Erik couldn't be bothered to figure out how to use my account (driver's license, bill in my hand) or help in any way and I was dismissed with a "have a good day." When I entered again Erik couldn't be bothered to say hello and made me walk to him to get his name.
David threatened to call security. DO NOT GO HERE if you want Verizon. Sprint is right in the same parking lot. Go to VERIZON Verizon and forget about these annoying fakes.
