Professional and excellent service
I arrived at the store late afternoon after attempting to get service from the Verizon Store in Fishkill but with no success. Steven, the sales associate asked if I needed assistance. After giving him my specific requirements for my phone he immediately gave me multiple options. He was thorough in their functions and how they would fulfill my requirements.
He went above and beyond and stayed after closing hours to complete the update.
