unhappy customer
On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, This nail shop is unreliable and unprofessional. I made a 9a.m. appt , not only did the nail tech not show up but nobody ever notified me via text or even told me while sitting in the lobby. I drove thirty minutes to get there . At 9:30 it was only 2 employees in the shop that stated that they couldn't render me services because one was on the desk and the other one had a appt. Long story short I will never waste my time again.
