Vans - San Jose, California 95123 - Westfield Oakridge

Went into the oakridge vans store todaywith my 60 year old father on 4-4 2016 at 130 looking for the mickey mouse slip on vans....money in pocket... saw that there was only a child size so my dad just had a simple question of... do u carry this in adult size? but after waiting for five mins with no one around i went to the front and saw the person at the desk was busy... ok no prob but then a young woman came out of the back did not acknowledge me my father or the other person waiting and started to go back to the backroom... amy dad looked at her and said 'i have a question" and instead of saying im so sorry ill be right with you which is understandable if ur busy.... she looked at us and said "ur going to have to wait i have a shipment that just came in so"....and walked away! im not someone who gets offended easily i have worked in customer service but the way she said it made me feel like we were being rude by wanting to ask a question when she was busy even tho there was only my father and i plus one other person sitting and waiting! ive literally never walked out of a store or written a bad review for that matter but i am a manager and i would hope someone would tell me if one of my employees made customers feel this way so hopefully someone that matters sees this and just tells their employees... its ok to be busy just be polite about it!!
