less than average customer service by ,
This is my second visit to this post office. The first visit was rather smooth, except there were no pens/pencils to fill out the postal forms. When I asked the clerk, the comment was "the customers took them away". The second visit was a bit more testy. I purchased stamps only for my small package that was to be mailed. When asked by the clerk if I knew how many stamps were required, I answered " yes, my package will need 6 stamps, do you think that will be enough" . Her answer, "That's on you". ......Such bad attitudes. It's amazing how some of the USPS employees have zero people skills. Some that can benefit from a course in attitude adjustment. No small wonder UPS , Fedex and other mail services are replacing USPS services.
