Servicio pesimo , muy mal la atencion ! Las muchachas que trabajan ahi fumando cigarro electronico , uñas larguisimas que logicamente no pueden trabajar con uñas largas , falta de Higiene , las mujeres todo el tiempo en el Celular , a nadie podria recomendarle ese lugar de muy mala atencion y la calidad totalmente pesima , ! Es una lastima el empleador que contrata este tipo de gente que no valen un kilo como Trabajadoras !

If there was such a rate as ZERO, that’s what I would give this place. This place was awful! Terrible customer service specifically the lady that sits in the back of the room, that was on her cell phone & was trying to make excuses by saying “the business only does gel nails, and NOT REGULAR” when clearly it DOES NOT. Not to mention, it appears all she does is sit all day all the way in the back of the room (hoping she doesn’t have to work). Since she then felt threatened by my presence, when I reinstated that I was told that THEY DID REGULAR MANICURE & PEDICURE BECAUSE THAT’T WHAT I WAS TOLD WHEN I WALKED IN. It’s people like her who make me wonder, “what the heck is she doing here in the USA?” To grow her rear-end bigger by sitting on it all day doing nothing, and/or being on her cell phone texting all day?

Where do I even start. First, I arrived at this place at 1 to do my nails, feet and eyebrows. When the lady started doin my nails, she never cleaned my own nail or did anything to it, she just glued the acrylic in right away. By doing so she trapped dirt under my nails, all while being rough. She used the machine very roughly and it was visible that it was hurting. I asked for a certain color because I needed it for an event that required a certain style. I sat there for about 3 hours listening to the girl talk to her man about kinky stuff over FaceTime. I can quote the things said but I’d rather not. I also sat that while she smoked out of an electric cigarette without a mask on the entire time. Needless to say the service was not good. If the nails turned out good, maybe it would’ve been worth it. The nails were the worst nails I’ve ever had done, so bad that I took pictures so that as soon as they get a Yelp I can post them there because of how ugly they looked. They were thick, the color was all splattered everywhere, you can see the dirt under my nail through the style and the glue because it was a French Tip. I left the place at 5:14pm with disgusting nails and having paid $110. The lady was taking her sweet time while I had somewhere to be and when she asked me if I was in a hurry after me being there for 4 hours and I said yes, she only took her time even more. I am disgusted, upset, and WILL NEVER go back to this place again. I don’t blame the place or even the nail tech, however the nails were bad and people need to be trained properly if you’re going to over price the hell out of everything. They were the most uncomfortable 5 hours I’ve ever spent anywhere. I don’t want to go to the nail salon to listen to someone talk about their sex life with their boyfriend or what they did the night before.

The women here are rude and don’t want to work. Only 2 nail techs were working today (each had a customer working on) and I was told to wait outside for my turn. After 2 hours of waiting I go to ask her how much longer and she gives me an attitude and tells me she can’t help me because they close at 7 and it was only 4:30pm! I’ve been here several times and the only nail technician with decent customer service is Jessica. Everyone else is horrible. Always on their phones and gossiping instead of trying to help the customer.
