Avoid at All Costs
I went in on Saturday and when I stopped to get services the woman working there didn't even notice I was there for several minutes. She just kept looking at her phone. After that, she made a big show of having to get up and actually do her job and she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. I almost screamed with how bad of a job she did. When I told her and asked her to fix it she had the audacity to say that it was already good and that there was nothing she could fix.
