I went in to go get a few thing and the store manager was extremely rude in the morning she walked unlocked the door and walked away at this point I was not sure if she was locking the door or Open due to it being 9:56 they open at 10:00am she then walked away did not open the door with a welcomeing hello come in I could.not believe this was the behavior of a manager. I also am a ulta credit card holder and my mom wanted to open. I think this store needs a new manager someone trained for another store. I was never go to christown ulta in phoenix az.
