Turned away from my brow appointment
I had a brow appointment and I was running just 5 minutes late and got refused my service as the waxer was “getting ready to go home”. Obviously there was no one scheduled after my appointment so I don’t understand why I couldn’t be serviced. Unprofessional and rude. Won’t be returning to this location.
