ULTA - Greenfield, Wisconsin WI 53220 - 84South Shopping center

So I have had a few instances at this store in the past that made me a little not sure of going back but ever since my last not so great experience things have turned around. First thing, the manager Alexa is super sweet and very friendly and extremely helpful. I would say she definitely goes above and beyond. Then there is Sieana who has greeted me the last two days I was there. She is very sweet also and answered any questions I had and showed me where things were that I was looking for. Last, there is Autum who works in the salon and she has done my hair twice and I loved it. She is also fun to talk to and down to earth. I love this sore. The employees are helpful and will give you their honest opinion which is a plus. Like everybody else, I hate Covid. We can not try products at this time but one day we will be able to again. That's why it's nice to have the honest opinions from the employees who have tried products that I may want to buy. Today atleast 3 employees told me how much they love the new setting spray by Benefit. Since they all love it and even compared it to other sprays and how it is better and why, I purchased the big bottle instead of trying the mini one. I have been to other Ulta stores where I have been ignored and people didn't help me so the Greenfield store is for sure my favorite and it's a plus because its like 2 blocks from home.
