I'm stunned by reviews of rudeness & discrimination. I've purchased 2x. The owner was very straightforward but never rude. She asked me what I wanted to spend said she didn't have any dresses in that range. But when my granddaughter spotted the perfect dress, she helped her dress and was quite cordial. I went back for a dress for me and she was super helpful with style and fit. Not a cheap store but quality and assistance was great.

I didn't find this lady rude at all, just very plainspoken, which is part of Asian culture. We were a bit disappointed that we had to make an appointment but we only had to wait an hour so did other shopping. She was very knowledgeable about what would fit my daughter and wanted to take care of her dresses so they don't get ruined. Small store owners can't afford that like the larger ones. She's a character, for sure, but wasn't mean or rude.

Owner super discriminative and rude. She told us we could not afford her dresses and that our size 4 bodies were fat. I think she was trying to force us to buy bigger so she could charge alteration NOPE. There is no way her store can stay afloat unless there is something nefarious going on like laundering or even worse human trafficking FOR REAL!

Owner is offensive, discriminative and rude. Not sure how she stays in business. HORRBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The same thing happened to me, she did not want to sell me a dress that was for my mother, she told me that she did not have the size of my mother and my mother I even taught her that she was more than those dresses are worth there. and he told me that you can't even touch those dresses one there

The person who runs this store is extremely rude. The dresses are cheap an over priced and I would not recommend this store to anyone. She is extremely rude to people of color at all ages. She was rude to my daughter and her friends when they were shopping for homecoming dresses. I don't know how they stay in business.

Horrible customer service. Cheap clothes.

Discriminatory behavior. I will not support this business.

If I could leave no stars, I would!! This company does not DESERVE to be in business!! My family was told that, “we do not have JC Penny prices here and you probably couldn’t wear anything in here anyway.” Complete discrimination and a disgrace to humanity!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place needs to be out if business immediately and I will make sure it happens!!

The Asian lady who treated me is rude and mean. She called me ugly and repeatedly told my friends and me that our fashion sense was bad. She called us fat and was very mean the whole time. She also told us that we wouldn't be able to pay for the stuff that we were buying. I don't know who she is to comment because she works at a failing dress shop with a 1-star review. I hope she falls down the Dulles escalator and gets stepped on by the little kids running by. She is so mean and horrible and I will never shop there again. To the lady, I hope the both sides of your pillow are warm at night. I hope you have to flip your charger a bunch of times for it to work. I hope you pour your cereal and realize you run out of milk.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My daughter and I visited the store shopping for a formal dress. We were immediately asked if we had an appointment (this is not a bridal shop). We were the only ones in the store! The clerk clearly didn’t want us to browse and commented that she didn’t have sizes to fit my daughter. Rude doesn’t begin to describe her. I have never seen a sales clerk who didn’t want to sell anything. I don’t know how this store has managed to stay open- much less during a pandemic. Makes me wonder what her business really is.

Horrible lady treated us very badly. When we asked for the price of particular dress she said the size is too large for you daughter but we an slter tbr dress,when asked for the aleteration price she told you can afford it , straight up to my face . I was in a mood to fight so asked her back what makes her think so and she was silent , I told her if she thinks I can't afford it then she should have kept her mouth shut and not suggested alterations. Never go to this shop if you have some self respect

When you go from the outside and see the mannequins, it is easy to get swayed by the shimmering resold dresses. GO INSIDE, AND YOU WILL FIND LOTS OF OVERPRICED TRASH. My dress was too long, and the woman would not tell me it is! It was impossible to exchange and return the dress! SHE SCAMMED US.

I was treated horribly by a degenerate monkey of an employee. The Asian lady that "helped" me find my dress treated me terribly and straight up called me fat. It's probably because she is depressed and self-conscious of her own malfunctioning mind. I hope she falls down a flight of stairs and doesn't get up. Troglodytes like her are not considered humans by society's standards. I was tempted to throw her a dog treat as I left the store. Don't entertain the thought of spending money at this poor excuse of a dress store.

The lady in the store came up to me and my friends and accused me of not having enough money to pay for any of the dresses, she told me to come back with my mother so I could afford it. she also implied that I was fat and obese and needed a bigger size when I clearly fit into the dress. She was attempting to get us to leave as soon as possible and had a horrible attitude and service. Do not waste your money there.

Absolutely rude questioning whether we could afford the dress my niece asked to try on for prom. She didn't want to take down dresses to be tried on. Kept arguing with my niece about her size. She had the size wrong that she was telling my niece to try on. Middle aged Asian woman has no interpersonal nor customer service skills. She asked why my niece wanted to try on dresses. I ended up telling her she was being extremely rude and we walked out.

Looking for dress for prom frist thing i walked in store she qustion what event i was a tending that i was not to try a dress till i bought it . How can you have courtesy to greet someone in the store by telling them you must buy frist then i will take it down for you try it .

I walked in and the employee was all over me. I said I was looking, she asked if it was for my daughter.... like I'm not cool enough to shop here??? Wtf??? When I did find a dress I liked she told me she had to take it because it was too hard for me... I walked out and she didn't get my $300. RUDE and overbearing Asian woman... for real, don't go here

The ladies is nice while you are there but if you want to exchange or return then she shows you her real self. She refused to give me my deposit back. The dress I wanted was $500 and she gave me a $100 discount which sounded good at the time. I found the same dress in amazon for $100. I told her this and says if you want to that go ahead.. very rude the worse!!

The dresses aren't bad but the lady working was so rude and mean, and practically called my friend fat to her face.

NEVER have I seen such a poorly run shop! Cheaply made dresses, very flashy and not tasteful in the LEAST, while remaining extremely overpriced. Also I'd like to add the service is HORRIBLE and the employees are the rudest I've witnessed! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
