I have never had any issues with the Grandville store, as a matter of fact I'd like to give my thanks to Jason D. for the exceptional service he always provides, that's what keeps me shopping in that store!

Awesome shoe store with all of the latest styles and great selection. Help with sizing and know every important detail about shoe brands and styles. For example I had bought my first pair of hunter boots from tradehome and I felt they were difficult to get on. The first time I wore them for a day to break them in, they hurt my feet terribly. They were so nice and gave me advice when I brought them back. They knew that these shoes take awhile to shape specifically to your foot and the rubber gets stretched within the first week of wear. They were right!! Now I love these shoes and I’m so glad I didn’t take them back!! If I had any problems with other shoes in the past, their return process was easy and they were very understanding...they want the customer to be happy with their purchase!! Yes, workers get commission to sell shoes, so they may approach you and see if you need help with anything even if you’re just looking. I haven’t had any that were too overbearing.
