Toy Mania - Charlotte, North Carolina NC 28211 - SouthPark Mall Charlotte

After my visit I was unsatisfied not only with the poor variety within the store but the seemingly unwelcoming and confusing layout made it hard for me to make my way through the space without asking for assistance. The gentlemen I asked for help didn't know what he was talking about and led me through three different parts of the store before I found the Kit I wanted. I miss shopping in the previous store here, my family and kids loved going as the workers seemed to be having as much fun as my kids did!

I purchased a "Funtime Tractor" from Toy Mania in Southpark Mall for our grandson. I remember the box looked a little torn, but knew he would tear into it Christmas, so that was not a priority. It was the only one left (other than the display). When he opened it, we noticed all the farm animals made noises like they are supposed to, horn works, but the tractor did not make engine noise, or move when you push the orange button on top of the tractor as shown. I returned it to the store for an EXCHANGE and was told since I did not have a receipt, they could not help me at all. I again explained I didn't want money back, I just wanted a toy that worked. Again, they refused to exchange gift. I would never buy from this toy store again. I bought a brand new toy, it was broke, they refused to fix, adjust or help in any way. Lost a customer!
