Cons: expensive, worst quality, heel fell off within a month and 4 wears. Pros: none I had them replaced the heels in Dec. They charged almost $30 because they only replace both heels; they can't replace just the broken one. I came today again because within a month, the heel fell off again. The owner refused to be responsible for his poor job and just tell me "it's time to replace it" and "no guaranteed work". Here are the conversation between Him and Me. Me: "You repaired them in Dec. It's only a month." Him: (looked at the heel) "It's worn. It's time to replace it." Me: "But you repaired just last month and I wore it for only 4 times! What's your warranty?" Him: "No guaranteed work. It's over a month. I can't do anything about it." Me: "Your warantee is just a month?>" Him: "I don't do guaranteed work. It doesn't matter it's a day or a month." Me: "Do you mean even it's repalced yesterday, you don't warantee it?" Him: "No, I don't do guaranteed work." I normally respect and support local business. But both the skill and attitude of this local business is a sh*t. I will never come back.
