Torrid - Spokane, Washington 99207 - NorthTown Mall

Not knowing the stores where open, I made the mistake of making some pretty big purchases online. 2 different orders actually. They took the money off my card. I had no clue they put the money back and 18 days later they took it out again over drafting my card. Sadly I had been into the store since then and spent close to 500$ more in the store and other was 500$ online. I cant get ahold of anyone. I called the store, the customer service line and even followed their suggestion about emailing them and still nothing. The ladies at the store are rather rude when you inquire about refund. It saddens me how awful this company has gotten. I bought pants from them for work 4 months ago and I already had to have the seams fixed they were so poorly made and each pair was 70$ a piece for that price I shouldnt be having these restirched. I have been coming to torrid since they very first opened as a company and have spent thousands of dollars on that and the last couple years the prices go up and the quality gets worse and now they over drafted my card. I really think something should be done about this and there isnt anyone willing to refund my orders. Every other company takes the money out and keeps it so this doesnt happen to people. But it is very clear torrid does not care about its customers.
