I would give 0 stars if I could. I went on Monday to return some items I ordered online, and bought some new clothes in store, which were all fine. Went back next day to return couple clothes that I bought the previous day cause it didnt fit the style I wanted. Store manager says system is down so only exchanges can be made. How can you buy and exchange clothes but only return system is down? Especially weird since I made a return the day before. Made no sense. Called corporate to file a complaint. Corporate tells me I cannot return items to warehouse since i did not buy online. But I just returned an item i bought online to the store the day before? None of their logic makes sense. I called the one in Boyd and one in Lorton and they said their system is up and could accept returns. This store is just outright fraudulent. Corporate won't let me file a complaint since it's technically not a problem they have caused. Its a huge problem when a customer is being put on the end of the stick for mismanagement.
