Things Remembered - Coral Springs, Florida FL 33071 - Coral Square

I purchased a little box for my God daughter I placed the order on seven ever 3rd, so I won't be running up and down by Christmas time, December 22nd came and my order was still engraved wrong. They first engraved it vertical in a rectangular box, it is common sense to do it right I specifically explained to them how I wanted it, they left me there for 2 hours.. I left the store they said they were going to engrave it again and ship it, I call the following week saying that it was impossible to send it, and they don't do personal drop offs..I call corporate to explain to them my situation, these people lied in my face saying they were going to pack it up and ship it, they even said that to corporate.. I wait two more days and when I call the package was still in the store! I'm talking 3 weeks delay already, I go to the store and they engraved it wrong again, I return it and the manager Laura white American horrible person, she raised her voice at me saying there is nothing she can do, she refused to help me and she kept laughing at the situation, the young man Ryan, black African American left the store without opening my package, I asked heather another manager why didn't they ship my package, she was the one taking my order and writing my address and she even offer to ship it to New York where it was supposed to go, but I didn't trust them so I gave them my address and sure thing I did that because it was engraved wrong again. She said FedEx didn't come- which it doesn't make sense.. Ana was the only lady who was helpful she cared about her job and costumes. This store is a total mess! They take orders they can't even deliver- Laura and Ryan arw the worst people in that store!
