Bad customer servixe
I just simply left the office very upset with the service provided. First of all, when I searched for UPS in google, this place came up. I went to send a package back to Amazon, where the employee told me that the return label was not valid because we are in Puerto Rico. He wanted to sell me a box for $20 and $13 for ship it back when I had a return label. When I noticed, this place is not a UPS customer service nor a UPS branded store. They need to inform that and let the customers decide if they want to purchase their services or go directly to a UPS store instead.
