They don’t know how to take a photo
I went to take a passport photo for the visa application. After I left, I noticed that my neck looked like a photoshop in the photo, and a day later I went to solve this problem, and the employee started explaining how they would refund the money and said that they would not do anything about it. However, I never asked for a refund, I was just saying why my neck was like this and the photo was cut incorrectly.
