Terrible Delivery Service of the Free Lance Star
I've been a resident of Stafford for over 30 yrs, and have subscribed to the Free Lance Star for most of that time....For the past several months, your delivery of the paper has been deplorable. We have a FLS newspaper tube, as well as a tube on our mailbox, and where does our paper get delivered? In either the driveway or the drainage ditch...numerous calls to the circulation department yield no results, and the 30 minute wait for circulation
