Poor Skills
Took and hour and a half to change out a phone screen instead of the stated 1/2 hour. The job was done shoddily and there's bits of glue visible around the screen and the back case does not close all the way. Guy who did it refused to take any responsibility for the work and wanted to charge me another 20 bucks to fix his poor work.
