I went today to this store and one of the women working there pretended not to understand what I was asking. I was very clear even with my European accent and good English, three times she rudely said not to understand and her expression was of bad mood.
The manager , after I complained, said that the woman in question was doing a good job..... really?
It is not the first time I had that person waiting on me and showing an unpleasant personality but this time was too much.

This is one of my favorite stores! I love Clinique products, although they offer a variety of brands. Nice selection and great prices!
