Very helpful
Ordered online right before the pandemic to be shipped to this store. I assume they were not open in March so in April I called to see how I could get my order. The young lady that answered said her name was (I think) Rachel and she was SO helpful and had GREAT costumer service (you know since no one can get a hold of their actual customer service). She told me she could create a packing slip and send it to my house! Not to mention, she answered every single one of my questions professionally but still sincere. My package ended up arriving only 3 days after that phone call and she said it would take at least 5-7 and had everything with it!! Overall, you guys hired one great employee and I hope she stays there for a while!!
