The Bamboo Store - Reno, Nevada NV 89502 - Meadowood Mall

The old owner was such a sweet old lady. The new kid running it is super rude. He sells fake figures for atrocious prices and has no idea how to run a business. I wrote a previous negative review on Google and he proceeded to stalk me and somehow got all of my information that wasn’t linked to the google account I used. He then harassed me when I looked in the store at the mall. Avoid at all costs!!

To preface, I left a review previously on google. It was deleted and no where to be found. I had zero information on my account, but the owner stalked me and all of my information to ensure I he would know who I am to keep me out of his store. He knew my first and last name, what I looked like at a quick glance. It was off putting and creepy. Disgusting to know he decided to stalk me over a poor review. Do not bother giving him your business.

exchange a defective hourglass showpiece when I told the guy who is working there he told on my face "what you mean its not working". he looked at it said its working fine at the same time saying all sales are final, I did not asked for refund. no sign of final sale though I did not care for it. he said if you seriously think not working I will let u exchange with his, attitude I just said its ok I will keep it. sands drooping quickly in 10min.

Gentleman working in store was quite mean. I was just looking for a gift for my Mother. They sell some beautiful items, but the man working in the store was extremely rude and off-putting.

I was looking at some Tibetan singing bowls when the store owner suddenly says, "Let me show you how to use that BEFORE YOU JUST BREAK MY THINGS". I said "Sorry" although I was very shocked & he was VERY RUDE. These bowls are metallic & come w/ a wooden stick to create the "singing" in the bowl. I imagine it would take a lot of effort to break or even attempt. I shouldn't be surprised because I overheard the store owner yell at his own mother .
