I will update my review if anything changes, as of now- I spent $189 on a hover board which won’t stay charged for more than 5 minutes.... and that’s being generous. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and I’ve went into the store, I’ve also (out of my pocket MORE) bought 2 new charges and googled the crap out of it......... they sold me a broke hover board and cannot exchange due to store policy! If that’s the case why you wouldn’t check every box beforehand, is beyond me. I’ve never been able to afford to get my child something he specifically asked for like this, I cried when he cut me a deal and made it able for me to..... I thanked him probably 100 times and man I was grateful, I still am..... if this was fixed. I can’t afford to just “throw it away” as I was told. I can’t just “eat the cost” as recomended. I am a mom of 2 who works her BUTT off for everything I have. My child kept his grades up for his hover board, he cleaned the house and did extra chores weekly since September, he helped extra and showed he really deserved this awesome gift...... I was so happy to be able to do this. Just to open it and it be broken....... devastating.
