Their fast charges DO NOT WORK! WASTED MONEY by ,
I would give a zero especially because of the way the owner handled the situation! Bought a charger here, doesn’t work and she said “oh well too bad” Shitty owner and shitty products!! Don’t waste your money here! You’re better off going elsewhere

I thought I had a good experience here - even tipped the girl $10 (yes, they work on tips -which was a surprise to me, too - and should've been a red flag). I told her I drop my phone often so needed a good case to support that, and a screen protector. That said, I've had cheap cases (with a screen protector) as well for MANY years, over many phones, and they have held up fine. I tend to keep my phones for a long time. I had just upgraded after 3 years so of course, nothing from my old phone worked for the new one (it's such a racket). Anyway, 10 days ago I bought a case and screen protector from her. She was having a hard time getting the screen protector to go on without bubbling. She tried several times but to no avail. Because of that, she said if it breaks, to come back and we won't charge you the $15 labor to replace it. The case I bought was highly recommended by her to protect the phone from drops. It had a front and back to it, which locked on the sides. Well, the first time I dropped it, it came UNLOCKED and my phone (in all its vulnerability) came out of the case and hit the ground with it. Luckily, it was on the carpet and not from a high point, so the phone was fine. The second time I dropped it, it hit the concrete and the top corner shattered. I'm not sure if it's the screen protector or actual phone yet. I won't know until I take it off, but don't want to do that until I'm replacing it at the same time. So I call her to tell her all this and to let her know I'll be in. And the conversation was not good. Pretty much all those promises and kindness and good experience I left feeling like I had, was not real. First, she said the screen protector bubbled up because I dropped it. Uummm..nope. I was there for an hour while she tried multiple times - it was a whole conversation and situation, and assurance when it didn't go on smooth in the end. Then I told her about the case coming apart and she said that was because I probably hadn't locked it. Uummm...she put it on.. and also, it was pretty darn locked. She said it was a really good case and she never got any complaints, so I would have to buy a new one if it has been 7 days (it's at 10 days). She also said if I drop it that much, then it's my fault and I should get a construction worker case, which is $125. This is a VERY different tune than she had when I was in. She was so understanding of that and really took the time to show me cases that would support it. Also, I dropped it twice in 10 days (not that tragic). Both times it came apart. My last phone I dropped a million times, and some really hard drops that should have taken it out, and it was fine. I had a standard case on it for 3 YEARS! Anyway, the whole tone of this conversation is what really pissed me off. it was dismissive and didn't align with the experience I had, and the money I chose to spend with them. The final verdict is, they won't honor the case, I have to buy a new one even though the one I bought is obviously defective. It wasn't clear if they're going to charge me to replace the screen protector. First, she said it would be $15 labor. After reminding her what she had assured me, she said something about insurance covering it..what? So I'm going to go in and see if this can have a better resolution. If so, I will come back and update this. If not, I would stay away, as they aren't what they appear to be.
