The sales people are very misleading here. They have a program where you can pay for your device over two months and I was led to believe that I would be able to take my phone home with me that day, but I wasn't. They said I can't take it until the whole thing is paid, but I didn't know that until AFTER I already paid the down payment of 10%. I then asked for a refund and was told that its too late to do it because its already in the system as purchased. So I called my bank and am getting my money back because I was misled. If you are going to offer a program similar to what companies like T-Mobile offer where you get to take the phone home same day then you need to make sure your customers are aware that they can't take the phone home the same day. On another note, when a customer asks for a refund because of a mistake you made in your miscommunication, you need to give them the refund. You work for the customer, the customer doesn't work for you. Without purchases that myself and other customers make, you have no job. Learn to put your customers first instead of your preferences of laze.
