1st I would like to say if I could take back the one star I would. I went up to the guy Ray that was working at the store he said to ordered a replacement screen for ur phone I will needn’t less half the payment. I said ok well the replacement screen is $190. So, I gave him $100 back in February. At end of March I go up to the store do to he still hasn’t called me to let me know it’s in. I forgot to bring my receipt n the guy that was a store. Said he doesn’t remember me I said well that is do to u weren’t here when I ordered it. Instead of looking up my name or info, he decided to call his coworker n ask him if he remembers ordering a replacement screen for me. The guy on other end says he doesn’t think so. So guy says I think u might be a wrong store. So I leave do to not having my receipt I wasn’t going to sit n argue. The very next day the guy that was on phone calls me says the reason he hasn’t called me yet is do to the screen was coming for China and isn’t in yet. Which was obviously bs. Now it’s been to more weeks still never received phone call. I call today n the guy says he used it he thought I was coming for a refund. It states on receipt no refund. If those scammers say they need to order u a screen walk a way. They r just trying to take ur money. They need to be shut down.
