September - December they’ve had my phone
Went in for back of phone repair on my iPhone 12 Pro. They swapped my battery for a dud, damaged my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. They’ve had my phone for 3 months giving me a run around. Offered a refund then went back on it staying I said I didn’t want a refund. My fault for not getting in writing. I couldn’t access my accounts because they were on my phone. Poor service, terrible product replacement, and zero care.
