I used to love shopping at Talbots.The ladies were always helpful.My last visit was to EXCHANGE items for my mother.I was cheerful, apologized for the #, & explained why.J “helped” me. 1 shirt didn’t “show up in my acct.” I said I’d prob purch that 1 online with VISA.She kept repeating & not hearing what I was saying.I finally pulled out VISA, pointed & said I prob purch w/this as guest online,I can bring receipt. Finally left w/o any exchs.

My favorite store is Talbots, and my shopping trip here was a great experience. The clothes are beautiful, and the sales staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Talbots, and my recent visit was delightful, as well. The sales ladies were very friendly and patient with me as I tried to find just the right clothes for a new job. They were extremely attentive to my needs, and I felt like they really cared about helping me rather than just making a sale. They even helped me make an online purchase for shoes since they didn't have my size in the store. I left the mall feeling very satisfied with my purchases and looking forward to wearing my new clothes! A few days later, I received a handwritten note from one of the ladies who helped me. What a nice personal touch! Thank you, ladies!
I highly recommend Talbots in Fayette Mall, Lexington, Kentucky!
