Cook does not wear food prep gloves and is constantly touching the food with his hands. I never saw him wash his hands even after he went to the back to open the back door for some maintenence person that arrived just before he began to prepair my tacos. Just letting you know that your business may be suffering because these days most people take notice of little things like this. My family and I go to Stonewood Mall quite a bit, we will not eat at your place untile we see an efort on your cooks part to be a little cleaner.
