DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! If I could give a negative rating I would, the worst experience I have ever had at t-mobile. Edith A does not know what she is doing at all, she was on FaceTime with Ian which I presume her manager. No customer experience and was on her own phone looking at instagram while attempting to help two people. Two hours trying to get a new line and phone. A very confused individual, someone needs to train her…
