T-Mobile - Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635 - The Mall at Sierra Vista

The tmobile in front of Target store, my husband i went in to get new phones and the guy who helped us, first off, did not ask for id or the pin to get into my account. I use to work for tmobile. And i im just wondering how the heck he got into my account with out my info?? Second, he did not seem interested in helping us. 3rd, he didnt know his deals. He was gonna give us 204 for our s10 plus trade in when we were doing the get 800 for your trade. He told us we would need to add a line if we were going to do that. I had to show him the deal. 4th, he didnt help us set up the phone, make sure things were transfering over, switch the sim over make a call to make sure the phone was working. I did it all, after i thought he was going to do it. He told us we could transfer all the info from the phones at home. I was just very unimpressed with the employees at this store. Like i said, i used to work for tmobile and i would make sure everyhing was good with the customer before they left. 5th, he didnt ask us if we wanted to add insurance to the device, get screen protectors and case. I guess he wasnt wanting commission for that. I asked another employee if they had the iphone x instock since they were out of stock of the iphone 12 pro.(they didnt even offer to order it for me) he said he would check. Was gone for a long time and came back and helped another customer. Im sorry, i dont complain about service, but when you access someones account with out asking for proper identification, that needs bringing up. Not cool.
