First visit, turned away for no appointment. Second visit, demanded my identification to enter and refused to let me come in and look around because they only had one android phone in stock. I'm a 22 year customer of T-mobile and was simply appalled at their policies. When I asked about them, the guy's response was he just worked there. There were no customers inside, just him and one other lady. I'll take my business to the Goose Creek store.
