Nightmare Experience with this store. TMobile is the absolute worst. people at store do not care about you as a customer and they never satisfy their customers need, they never even try to help solving your problem. managers at store are useless, poor service & attitude, i believe they got no audit on them so they can do what so ever they want. no loyalty to their customers. I have been a long time customer ever since I went to them YEARS ago.. i used to be AT&T customer and i know the difference between the 2 companies. like staying in a 7 stars hotel (AT&T) and less than one star motel(T-mobile). you can tell the difference.few days T-mobile sent me a new phone with a SIM card installed, a full network signal appeared on my phone which i assumed everything works which was not. i went to the store to ask them to activate the SIM card that they sent with the phone. the person & his manager refused because i'm not the account owner and he said that the owner has to consent. which he did already when he ordered the new phone. second why the Tmobile sent an inactive SIM CARD with the new phone. i used to be AT&T customer and i ordered a phone and it came with a SIM CARD and once you turn it on, it works right away . i don't mind to call the account owner to do the verification in order to activate the SIM however they never exceed and do such call to the owner to make the verification. especially when i had no network on my phone & there is no way of calling anyone until late that day. please think twice before taking any decision before going to that store. thanks
