T-Mobile - Louisville, Kentucky 40222 - Oxmoor Center

Why do they keep this Location open??? Each time they get a New Manager the Visits are Worse. Went to this Location on Wednesday March 22, just to kill time for a appointment that I had. Well debated on a phone because my phone was cracked. Nikki helped me out with the Samsung On5 not letting me know it was a downsize from my Galaxy. While the 2 Male workers played basketball in the back the Manager Tiffany was fussing because someone from the Mall asked for the empty boxes be removed from the back of the store. Next Day I start having issues with my phone so since 2nd street was closer I let them take a look. I was told my Galaxy held more GB then my New phone and it couldn't hold everything. So I contacted the Oxmoor Store and Tiffany told me that "I wanted the phone, I got it". Poor Manager Skills and Very incompetent when it comes to Customer Service. My niece passed away less than a year ago and I want my memories, but Tiffany was not concerned. I will share with friends and family my experience and put on All Social media

Aaron at this Location is the Worst. Every time I go this Location it's a Problem. Keep given them the benefit of the doubt but it's All let downs
