Aweful, deceiving Customer Service
The representatives are perhaps trained to deceive customer to draw them in deals that aren’t completely true. The supervisor, Jaenette is not customer friendly. I explained my situation and because the employee quit, I was left without my issue being resolved. She is not considerate. Poor customer service.
