I am very disappointed by my last experience at this store. The service was very unprofessional from a rude sales person. I have not been able to have one of my earrings repaired and was asked instead to contact the customer service. I kept on being promised to have the issue resolved but today I was informed that my earring cannot be repaired and that there is nothing else for the store or Swarovski as a company can do for me. Very disappointing outcome especially since I have been a longtime customer who bought so many expensive jewelry from Swarovski. I will never buy anything from there and I will do my best in providing negative reviews where possible. I have introduced so many friends to Swarovski but I will make sure they all know about this horrible experience. The pair of earrings I bought were quite expensive and I even purchased another pair for a friend. Very sad out come!
