The Sunglass hut located at the Warwick mall is the most unprofessional place I've ever worked for. The management is terrible and soon after people get hired they end up quitting. Unfortunately you cannot have a business run smoothly without proper management and moreover, happy employees. Poor management= bad business & unhappy employees. You shouldn't have to remind management of the same matter over 3 times before they act on something. Also, they should no speak negatively about other employees while they are not there. And moreover, they shouldn't frame their trusted employees for stealing or cheating the company. If this little store continues to operate as it does then it will soon go out of business.
