Sunglass Hut - San Antonio, Texas 78216 - 5358 - North Star Mall

If this is the sunglass hut in front of Sephora at the North Star mall in san antonio the Lady who with short blonde hair and poorly draw eye brows that only speaks Spanish is very rude. She wouldn't even let me talk. She talked to me in such an ugly way when I tried to return sunglasses I got as a Christmas present from my dad. They didn't fit right so I went to return. Well my dad told me he paid money for a warranty and that they told him they where out of receipt paper and he didn't need one they would put him in the system. Well when Me and him went they couldn't find him in their so called system and We kept repeating that he bought them here and the lady unnecessarily raised her voice and kept pointing to the computer. screen that it didn't have his name. Frustrated on how badly she was talking to me I requested to talk to her manager who told me their was nothing they can do and they don't sell a warranty. I just hung up the call and left furious the lady was rude too and would not try to help me. I believe the employee who sold to my dad pocketed the money and did not enter him in the system. This place is running a very bad buisness and should be shut down I for a fact know I'm not the only person who was promised a gaurantee then told there isn't such thing. Ive wrote emails to North Star administration but have gotten much of a response I'm posting this so people will not throw away their money at this horrible place.
