Sunglass Hut - Jeffersonville, Ohio 43128 - Destination Outlets

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. My fiance and I planned to buy some sunglasses at this store this weekend. There was a 4 person limit inside their store, so we got in line with two other people. I decided to run to the restroom right next door while we were in line. From the five minutes I was in the bathroom, my fiance and the two others were already inside the store. I wasn't sure if I could go in, but my fiance opened the door for me. I figured it was okay since we were together. I had figured he mentioned I was with him at the door. I barely got through the door before one your workers absolutely had a FIT that I came into the store. He was immediately yelling at me, like actually yelling! At first I didn't even know who he was talking to until he quickly got in my face. Saying how ridiculous I was for coming into the store and cutting infront of the customers in line, how he was kicking me out, etc (they clearly had not been standing that long, as I said my bathroom break was five minutes..) I tried to say why would I go wait behind four other people to accompany my fiance in the store? I could have been waiting for 20+ mins if I did that. Not sure why that store only had a 4 person limit. Every other store had 10-15 ppl max and we gladly waited in line if they were at capacity. We were in line together. Nowhere on the door does it say anything specific about how the four person limit worked. He wouldn't even let me speak, I couldn't even get a word out and neither could my fiance. He immediately came up to me, way closer than 6 feet, and berated me and pointed his finger in my face. Saying how unacceptable it was that I did that, that I needed to leave, how he couldn't believe I did that.... You'd think I committed a crime. His behavior was absolutely wild, there was no reason he needed to go 0-100 and immediately raise his voice at me. We were absolutely appalled. I'd understand if he came up to us, asked us if we were together, and then asked if we could go stand in line again. It would have been a pain but we would have done it. There was seriously no reason why he needed to yell in my face to get that point across. We will never be returning and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to go their either. Theres no way I would ever purchase something from a store with employees that are so unhinged and aggressive! Absolutely unnecessary!
