Subway - Troy, Michigan 48083 - Oakland Mall

After a long day of shopping in the mall, my family went to order dinner from subway. We have a toddler and subway is a healthy option for her. We were told at 5:30 p.m. by the subway employee "We ain't taking no more customers" I walked away, along with several other customers, thinking they must close at 5:30, but when I looked up the hours it said 6:00. I went back to the employee and asked why she couldn't take our order if they're open for another half hour. She responded "Cause I got too much to do." I asked for a manger, which she replied "There's not a manager here." I asked for the corporate number, she said "I don't know it." I asked for her name, she looked down where her name tag was supposed to be, and there wasn't one and responded "Ariel" This is completely unacceptable for so many reasons. Orders should be taken until closing time. There should always be a manager on staff. Employees should be wearing their name tag at all times. I should be given the corporate number if I ask for it. I'm never dealt with such HORRIBLE customer service. I had to leave the mall with my crying, hungry toddler and go else where for a healthy meal. After being a loyal customer for several years, I will not be returning.
