I have been shopping with this company for years. It’s owned by a sweet couple that take pride in their services. They know me by name and have always gave me perfect quality products. The owner is a perfectionist and has never allowed anything but excellence. I will continue my business.
Ruined item by not looking at directions
Got a shirt monogrammed (read: ruined). Went to pick it up and spoke with owner who admitted to not looking at the directions on the slip. Proceeded to do what he wanted with my shirt and ruined it. Gave me my money back for the monogramming, but now I'm still out the money I paid for a brand new polo with the tags still on it. Will not be going back and/or recommending stitch factory to anyone.
I understand that by signing the slip upon request of the monogram I waive any mistakes made while completing work that I asked for on my item. However, because he admittedly didn't look at the direction, I didn't waive that behavior. In my opinion, I should have been reimbursed for the item they ruined.
