Women was so rude and telling me I can’t fit any dress even before I asked a size criticized everything I tried on she was very polite to everyone in front of me rushed me around the store which she didn’t do to others I politely waited 40 minutes for her help while she took her time with everyone else I tried on 4 dresses within 10 minutes that she told me didn’t look good and I just left after that the disrespect is insane

Owner was rude checked the sizes of the dresses I chose for myself and told me right away that I wouldn’t be able to fit them without even allowing me to try them on. She did this all in front of my teenage daughter how embarrassing I left all the dresses and just walked out the store

Very pushy. Will try to bribe you to but dress very expansive dresses. low price make. All of the dresses I tried on were broken, weather it be ripped lace, stains, or ripped stitching. When asked what brand to see if I could look for them online she got really rude and told us she can’t give us that information.

My sister and I were searching for dresses for a special occasion that had to have special alterations. From the first couple of minutes we felt unwelcome.Since we were not offered assistance, we had to walk up to an employee to ask if they had anything we were looking for. The first lady was kind and gave us catalogs to look through. The second lady was rude seemed like she did not want us in the store. We saw a dress with potential in a the catalog we were look through, so I decided to take a picture to share with my mother and see what she thought. The rude lady snapped at me and told me that no picture were allowed and that I needed to delete it. But keep in mind that there were two other girls in the store that were taking pictures of their dresses to send to their mothers. After she told me this, I kindly deleted the picture. We continued to flip through the catalog, and she told me that she wanted me to put my phone away. I kindly put the phone away and she continued to remind me of how she saw me take the picture I deleted. Keep in mind that she carried a rude tone. Afterwards my sister and I left the store. I am upset about the way I was treated, and was actually considering purchasing one of their gowns. After this I do not plan on continuing shopping here. I decided to take my business elsewhere, and would not recommend this for anyone.
