Star Coffee Lakeland Mall by ,
Lakeland mall star coffee very bad customer service. The lady at the counter talked to me as she was walking away, that made very hard to understand her as she was trying to take my order. She needs to work on her Customer Service Skills.

Great coffee, stunning lady running the shop!
Awful customer service. by ,
I went to get a bubble tea from here and for some reason their always out, but thats not what im here to complain about, its the fact that the lady there has the worst attitude ever. She's so rude for no reason at all.
Taking more than what I was meant to pay by ,
I love the drinks but it was 4.50$ and I handed a 10 dollar bill and I get five back, no Receipts of proof that it was tax and this is the second time this has happened.

Customer - NOT nuisance! by ,
This store gets a star, just for the fact it exists. Yesterday (Friday, Dec. 8...I had a bit of shopping to do for the holidays) I decided to try the coffee shop for the first time ever. The store it self was in mid "mess"...I put if off to restocking...the shelves were cluttered in the front of the store and empty in the back. There was nothing really neat about the store, although it appeared clean enough. I noticed they had Chai Tea Latte on the menu. I ordered a small one. At no time, was I greeted by the staff person who sported a nose ring, multiple tattoos...but those were not offensive...her larger than life attitude, however, was. I was not greeted with anything other than a "what do you want?". I placed my order. What she needed was behind a slushy machine, so she went on to wait on a man who had come in behind me who ordered decaf coffee - there was none, she did offer to brew a fresh pot. Like me, he was obviously disappointed, and settled for something else, as he had things to do. Finally, she asked the repair man to move so she could get the "mix" she needed to make my Chai Tea Latte. Into a very small blender, she scooped 3 + large scoops of this sugary instant tea mix (looked about at least a quarter cup for each scoop)...poured about 3/4 cup whole milk into the powder and blended it in the blender. She then put the goo into a metal cup and stuck the steam rod into it. It was obvious she'd never made the stuff before, but knowing it wasn't Starbucks...I thought I would give it a try. The young woman charged me $3.75 for something that I discovered on my way back to work was totally undrinkable. I was so sweet and syrupy - as to be disgusting. Oh, it was spicy, too...whew! Anyway, at no time did this young person (who has a LOT to learn about customer service) smile, say Thank you for your business, not even after handing her the last bit of cash in my wallet for this 8 ounce cup of disgusting. Before I left, I let her know that I was not greeted with a hello, I was not smiled at, not wished even an insincere happy holiday...and I asked if I could at least be thanked for my business. If looks could kill...I would have been dead where I stood. She looked at me straight in the eye and said "I normally say hello"...as though that was supposed to be acceptable...and she said it with such a look of disdain. Suffice it to say...I will NEVER go back there...EVER...unless perhaps the shop gets a decent manager that gives a darn about quality product and customer service. $3.75...for something that back at my office, I spooned a couple of table spoons of the goo out of the cup, filled the cup I put it in with water and nuked it in the microwave for a minute, so I could have the hot drink I thought I paid for. Was my "fix" great...no...but I could drink that! Don't waste your money at Star Coffee...it's worth the trip to Starbucks or Brewster's Coffee Shop.
